- To ensure that all regulations are up-to-date, fair, easy to use and followed uniformly.
- To communicate with all involved in awarding penalties to ensure that standards are maintained.
- To create or approve any new regulations, FAQs or guides as necessary.
- To ensure that all members are treated fairly and equally in matters of Regulations.
Duties:

- Maintain watch over the entire Corps to avoid breaches of regulations
and advise on how to remedy the situations where possible.

Operations Department
Operations Officer (OpsO)

Aims:
- To hold overall responsibility for all in-unit and Operations staff.
- To communicate with Commanding Officers, Operations NCOs, the Corps Senior NCO and the Commandant.
- To arrange splitting of units and assigning of Commanding Officers.
- To mentor, advise and assist all officers under their command.

- To maintain the general welfare & morale of sectional Unit Senior NCOs & Senior NCOs under their charge.
- To encourage and foster good leadership skills in all Senior NCOs of sections under their charge.

communicate with the Unit Senior NCOs, Senior NCOs of a section and
make their thoughts and concerns known to the Corps Senior NCO and
Operations Officer.
- To provide relevant advice on NCO concerns and issues to the Operations Officer.
Duties:
- DAILY - Check forums for any updates with unit info, and moderate Forums.
- WEEKLY
- Review appropriate unit pages for grievous HTML and regulation
errors, and bring them to the attention of the Operations Officer or
unit staff as is required.
- WEEKLY - E-mail orders to Unit Senior NCO and discuss unit issues and reminders.
- MONTHLY - Provide evaluations of Unit Senior NCOs and Senior NCOs.
- MONTHLY - Discuss evaluation of Unit Senior NCOs with them and discuss their future plans in their position and for their units.
- MONTHLY - Conduct by means of poll or discussion a survey of NCOs feeling on a given topic of concern for the Corps.

Logistics Officer (LogsO)

- To communicate with all departmental heads and Commandant.
- To ensure all departments are working together with in-unit staff and to communicate major changes to the Corps in general.

- Inspect the administration department pages to ensure they are functional, correct and are up to SMD standards.

Personnel Officer (PersO)

Aims:
- To co-ordinate corps recruiting efforts.
- To develop corps retention techniques and communicate these effectively to ensure numbers within the Corps remain at a peek.
- To keep a record of corps numbers (active and checked in but passive and tracking patterns) in order to use this data to innovate on Corps retention.
Duties:
- WEEKLY - Meet with those who deal hands on with cadets to discuss what has worked, what hasn't and what needs changing.
- MONTHLY - Record active checked-in members and those Commanding Officers deem to be active status, and analyse why these people are as not as active as they could be.
- AS REQUIRED - Liaise with Unit Recruiting staff to pool efforts, analyse where strengths and weaknesses lie to co-ordinate the focus and direction of future Corps recruiting.
Force Administration Officer/NCO - FAdminO/NCO

Aims:
- To hold responsibility for all Administration in the unit.
- To communicate with the Administration Officer.
- To ensure all Force Administration pages are up to date and correct.
Duties:
- WEEKLY
- Inspect force administration pages to ensure they are in compliance
with standards and maintain a neat and orderly appearance.
- MONTHLY - Meet with the Commanding Officer and Administration Officer to discuss matters pertinent to unit administration.

- To tally the votes and announce the winner of the Commandant election.

Historian (Hist)
Category 4
Duties:
- To keep a webpage charting the history of the WCC and its sections.

Stock Lawer (SLaw)
Category 3
Aims:
- To ensure that all Web Cadet Corps members have properly qualified representation when needed.
- To
communicate with the Regulations Officer when giving advice to people
and to inform the RegsO in a timely manner when a Regulations violation
is suspected.
- To offer proper and correct advice regarding Regulations when requested.
- To be well-versed in Trial and other Regulations procedures should their services be needed.
Duties:
- AS
REQUIRED - Advise any member in regard to discipline and regulations,
when asked. If the lawyer has a specialty, they are to refrain from
giving advice on subjects other than that specialty area.
- AS REQUIRED - To be available to represent any WCC member in a Trial or other Regulation setting when requested.
- They are NOT,
however, to step into any Regulations matter unless requested and
cannot impose Regulations sanctions. This is the job of the RegsO,
OpsO, and other parties, depending on the situation.

Site Maintenance Department
Site Maintenance Officer (SMO)

Aims:
- To hold overall responsibility for all site design and function.
- To provide FTP access and email accounts as necessary.
- To manage directory structure and extensions.
- To ensure site security and integrity.
Duties:
- MONTHLY
- Meet with the Site Updates Officer, Projects Officer, Graphics
Officer and Forums Officer to discuss matters pertinent to their
sub-departments.

Assistant Site Maintenance Officer (ASMO)

- To Maintain functionality with in the forums & site.
- To assist the SMO and Staff with any projects or additional services needed
- To oversee ALL Forums Staff’s Moderator decisions are appropriate and either rule with/over rule the decisions made. (excluding the SMO)

Conduct Routine Inspections on unit & department pages to insure
they are within the standards & regulations put forth.
- WEEKLY: Meet with Forums Staff to discuss any problems regarding the forums.

Forums Officer (ForumsO)

- To maintain and look after all aspects on the forums including the day to day operations and maintenance.
- To Train Moderators in the duties required with such job, when appointed to do so by the SMO

LEAST EVERY TWO WEEKS - Provide a new feature for the Corps, varying
them as much as possible, while maintaining a reasonable challenge,
ensure it is widely accessible and ensure attention is drawn to it.
- MONTHLY - Maintain contact with all cadets in the unit, getting to know them and any morale issues they might have.
- AS REQUIRED - Report major problems immediately to the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer or Unit Senior NCO.
- AS REQUIRED - Work with Features Officer/NCO to run an effective Features program.
- AS REQUIRED - Coordinate efforts with other unit staff on morale issues.
