Do you have any goals you want to achieve? what are they? Are there any other sites you spend alot of time on? what are they? What made you pick the section you did? (Air Force, Army, Navy etc.) Are you involved in any cadet or military organization outside the WCC? What was your first impression of the website? Junior NCO Questionaire The following questions as well as all questions listed prior must be answered as a pre-requisite for Petty Officer 3rd Class. What do you believe has been your greatest accomplishment in the WCC thus far? What is your favorite part about your section? What do you believe sets your section apart from others? Where do you believe your unit/dept is excelling? Where do you believe your unit/dept could improve? Do you believe that your superiors are doing a good job? Why/why not? Is there sufficient contact from your immediate superior? Do you believe that the chain of command is being followed in your unit? Do you have any ideas for changes/revisions to WCC Regulations? What are your favorite areas of the WCC Forums? What are your thoughts on BNCOQ? How could it improve? How do you see things differently at your current rank vs. before hand? What was the 2nd NCOC credit that you completed? What are your thoughts on the course? In addition to the 2 basic credits required did you complete any additional courses?
